  • Quite intersting thing about this Medthu vada/Urd dhaal vada the same thing cab be used as starter /Appitizer and dessert with little varitation. If it is a plain vada then it is used for starter. If put in Dahi/Yogurt/ Curd then it will be dahi vada and can be dessert.
